Policies
Not only do we specialize in spectacular cakes, but we also offer a variety of amazing, handcrafted treats. These can be added to a custom cake or cupcake order to give your guests a better variety of sweets to choose from.
Also, most of these sweets are offered in our daily case selection, Tuesday through Saturday. Sweets will vary.
When placing your order, keep in mind that we do require a certain quantity per flavor/sweet. We also do not have a form to fill out for these to place your order due to how many options we have! Please reach out via email to discuss your handcrafted treat needs!
Changes & Cancellations:
Changes and cancellations to all orders are accepted until three (3) days prior to scheduled pick up or delivery time. Changes and cancellations are limited, and may not be accommodated within a 3-day notice. Changes or cancellations to orders containing specific decorations or custom toppers may result in loss of percentage.
Returns & Refunds:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for damaged products. We will always confirm and ask to make sure that everything is correct such as the design, spelling, etc. Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored after confirming your order. If you try one of our products and just don't care for it, then we hope you try something different next time! However, a refund will not be given.
